How to use:

The KUACM is proud to bring students enrolled at Kaplan University a Student-to-Student Help Desk powered by the Kaplan Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery.

If you need assistance in certain areas of study, including how to download, install, and use required software, please click on the image to the right of this page.

If this image appears to the right, there is someone available to assist you. Just click on the image, then fill out the form with your name as it appears on the Kaplan website. On of the KUACM operators will be happy to assist you in any way we can. This system works as a one-on-one chat, and you have the option of having the transcripts emailed to you upon completion.

If this image appears on the right, there isn't anyone readily available to assist you, however, we are still available to answer your questions by using a built in email system. Just click on the image, fill out the form with your Kaplan name and ask your question. As soon as someone becomes available, we will send a response back to you.


Important

The KUACM Help Desk is not to be used as a resource to gain answers to unit projects. However, we will assist in helping you understand the project requirements. In the case where we do not know the answers right away, we will ask for your Kaplan email, and send a response back to you as soon as possible.
