The KUACM has been busy developing projects for each area of IT offered at Kaplan University. These projects are designed to bring members real working experience in a chosen field of study.

Student members who participate in these projects will be eligible to receive Letters of Recommendation form the KUACM Executive Board as well as list the experience on future resume's.

Network Administration

The Network Administration project design is now completed, but we need members to serve as operators in this fast paced Help Desk environment.

The KAUCM has teamed up with IT-133: Software Applications to offer techincal assistance to students who may need our help.

Participants should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2007.

Members will log into the Help Desk with a user name and password. Links for the Help Desk will be placed in several IT-133 Class rooms, and when a student clicks for assistance, a KUACM Operator will be able to chat one-on-one with the student.

This project simulates real experience by operating a real Help Desk in an IT environment.
